Whether you’re new to Lagree or just new to our studio, we’re here to make your first class feel welcoming, empowering, and fun.At Endur, it’s not about being “already fit.”
It’s about showing up, moving with intention, and getting stronger with every class. -
Your first class will challenge you — in the best way.
Using our Mini Pro, you’ll move through a slow, controlled, full-body workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and challenge your muscles deeply and effectively. Expect spring resistance, quick transitions, and the signature Lagree shake.
The room is supportive, the energy is motivating, and every person in class started somewhere too.
No experience is needed.
Just come as you are. -
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can:
Introduce you to the reformer
Review safety basics
Answer any questions
Grip socks are required for class.
Wear something comfortable you can move in and bring water, if you’d like. -
Your instructor will guide you through every movement and offer modifications throughout class.
Lagree is challenging, but it’s designed for all fitness levels. You’re always encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and focus on progress over perfection.

You may feel shaky, sore, and very proud of yourself.
That’s normal. Lagree targets deep stabilizing muscles that traditional workouts often miss, so don’t be surprised if you feel muscles you didn’t even know existed.
Recovery is part of the process — and every class you get stronger.
